Packaging of cleaning products do not contain chlorinated plastics	3.3.1 Chemical Record Keeping: Register of chemicals and cleaning products used is maintained including MSDS. Chemical use is minimized.	3.3.2A Chemical Use: Staff are trained. Instructions are provided on dilution. Appropriate applicators are used. Chain of custody evidence is available for all hazardous waste streams	3.4.3 Water Use: Water output fittings have a minimum 3 star water conservation rating as set by the WSAA. Efficient water use policy is in place including non-use of hoses for cleaning pathways. Slippery when wet signs are used if needed.	3.5 Staff Training: All staff are trained in cleaning procedures, operation of equipment and chemical handling. Minimum of annual continuing training is provided.	3.6 Ethical Activity Requirements: Significant social impacts or environmental loads are managed by the service provider.	4.
